PRIVATE CABINS are available if you pay the full 4 adults charge which is $5,400 for regular registration after Feb 1st. Otherwise, cabins will be shared by 4 adults (same gender) or 2 couples if you are a couple. Please contact Gamze for details, pictures and other information about cabins.
· GENDER NEUTRAL CABINS: Please let Gamze know if you prefer to be assigned to a gender neutral cabin. No extra charge.
· If you have any kind of disabilities, please contact Gamze. We will try to help you with cabins.

Your cabin is more than just a place to sleep—it becomes your home in the redwood forest for the week. 🌲
Each cozy cabin includes:
• A fireplace to keep you warm on cool forest nights
• A private balcony surrounded by towering redwoods
• 4 beds (shared accommodations)
• Plenty of fresh air, birdsong, and peaceful forest views
Please note:
• Bedding is not provided. Bring a sleeping bag or sheets, a pillow, and a blanket.
• Cabins do not have electricity, allowing you to truly disconnect and enjoy nature. Electricity is available in the bathrooms, concert hall, dance hall, dining hall, and other common areas.
Wake up to birds singing, enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, spend your days immersed in music and dance, and end your evenings by the fireplace with friends who soon become family.
This is camp life. This is home.

Private Cabin Cancellation Policy
Private cabins require payment equivalent to four adult registrations and are reserved exclusively for your party. Because this removes an entire cabin from our available lodging inventory, cancellations have a greater impact on camp than individual registrations.
For this reason, private cabin cancellations are subject to a $2,000 cancellation fee ($500 per person × 4 registrations).
Cancellation requests must be made in writing before May 15th of the camp year. Any eligible refund will be issued minus the $2,000 cancellation fee.
After May 15th, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances. No exceptions.
This policy allows us to fairly manage our limited cabin availability and the financial commitments we make to the campground based on confirmed registrations.
