Due to limited parking (and to reduce gas usage), carpooling is strongly encouraged.

While we cannot arrange transportation directly, we can help connect participants from the same region or the San Francisco Bay Area (for those flying in).

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION

• Arrival begins Saturday after 4:00 PM (registration + unloading).
• After unloading, all cars must be moved to designated parking areas.
• Departure day: Please pack and vacate cabins by 10:00 AM.
