Arriving at Middle Eastern Music and Dance Camp

Welcome to the Middle Eastern Music and Dance Camp! We are excited to have you join us for an unforgettable experience filled with music, dance, and camaraderie.

Arrival Instructions

Location:
Mendocino Woodlands – Camp 1
39350 Little Lake Road
Mendocino, CA 95460

Arrival Time:

• Please arrive after 4:00 PM.
  (Kitchen staff have separate arrival instructions.)

Registration Table:

• Upon arrival, go directly to the Registration Table in Camp 1.

• Please come see Gamze for:

  • Maps

  • Schedules

  • Camp information

• Staff will greet you, provide your welcome packet, and answer any questions.

• You can bring snacks to share with other camp family.

Parking:

• Follow posted signs to the designated parking area.

• Volunteers will be available to assist with parking and unloading.

  • We will provide PARKING PASSES.

Check-In Process:

• At the registration table, you will receive your camp badge and materials.

• Please have your ID and confirmation email ready to expedite check-in.

• Do NOT print your schedule. Schedules are subject to change and updated versions will be provided on-site.

Accommodations:

• After registering, proceed to your assigned cabin or tent area.

• Volunteers are happy to assist with luggage transport.

Late Arrivals

• If you will arrive after 11:00 PM, please notify Gamze in advance.

Important Notes

• There is no cell service and no Wi-Fi at camp.

• Bring cash for merchandise, snacks, or any on-site payments.

What to Bring

• Photo ID

• Bedding (sleeping bag or sheets, pillow)

• Towels and toiletries

• Comfortable clothing for dance and music classes

• Layers for cool evenings

• Flashlight or headlamp

• Refillable water bottle

• Any personal medications
