VENDING AT CAMP

We welcome a curated selection of vendors offering music, dance, cultural goods, costumes, jewelry, instruments, art, and related accessories. Vending at camp provides direct access to a dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive community.

Vendor Fee Structure

  • Vendors do not pay a flat vending fee

  • Vendors agree to pay 20% of their total gross sales to the camp

  • Sales percentage is calculated at the end of camp and payable before departure

What Vendors Must Bring

  • Black table covering(s) (required)

  • Display racks, signage, lighting, and any materials needed for booth setup

  • Payment systems (cash, cards, apps) and packaging supplies

Tables are provided by the camp.
Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance.

Vending Guidelines

  • Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their displays

  • Vending hours will be announced prior to camp

  • Food sales are not permitted unless approved in advance

  • Vendors must comply with all camp policies, schedules, and communal guidelines

To apply as a vendor, please email gamze@middleeastcamp.com with the following:

  • Full name and business name

  • Description of products you plan to sell

  • Website and/or social media links

  • Any special requirements (electricity, space needs, etc.)

Vendor spaces are limited and subject to approval to ensure a balanced and high-quality marketplace.
