Scholarship Application Eligibility Rules
To be considered for a scholarship for camp, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Be a current student enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or PhD program
Field of study must be Music and/or Dance
Be able to provide proof of current student status upon request
Scholarships are limited and awarded based on eligibility and availability.
Work-Exchange
Half Scholarship
Participants accepted into the Work-Exchange Half Scholarship program must agree to the following terms:
Complete 4 hours of kitchen work daily during camp
Maintain punctuality and fulfill assigned duties responsibly
In exchange, 50% of the total camp fee will be covered by the camp
Participants are responsible for paying the remaining half of the camp fee
Failure to complete assigned work hours may result in loss of scholarship eligibility
Availability is limited and subject to approval by camp management.
HOW TO APPLY
To apply for a a Scholarship or Work-Exchange Program, please follow the steps below:
Submit a written application including:
Your full name and contact information
Program you are applying for:
Scholarship
Work-Exchange Half Scholarship
Work-Exchange Full Scholarship
Provide a brief statement (1–2 paragraphs) explaining:
Your academic background in music and/or dance
Why you would like to attend camp
Why you are applying for financial assistance
Include proof of eligibility, if applicable:
Current student status (Bachelor’s or PhD program) for scholarships
Relevant experience for work-exchange positions

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Scholarships and work-exchange positions are limited and awarded based on eligibility, availability, and commitment.
Work-Exchange
Full Scholarship
Participants accepted into the Work-Exchange Full Scholarship program must agree to the following terms:
Complete 6 hours of kitchen work daily throughout camp
Perform all assigned duties reliably and on time
In exchange, 100% of the camp registration fee will be covered by the camp
Participants must comply with kitchen schedules, rules, and staff supervision
Failure to complete assigned work hours may result in termination of scholarship benefits
Work-exchange positions are limited and subject to approval by camp management.
