Registration Information

ALL INCLUSIVE! Plan to arrive after 4 pm on Saturday July 4th. The 7-day workshop ends with light breakfast on Saturday morning July 11th. Fees include room and board, classes, parties, and all other activities.

All inclusive! No extra charges! No discounts if you do not eat, take classes or attend events etc. Please contact us for details.

You can register after September 1st 2025

Please register with your FULL LEGAL NAME. No Stage names or nicknames. We may ask for your ID at the registration table at camp.

I.  Full-time Registration for ADULTS:

·        BLACK FRIDAY Special Discount $1000 per person. Between Nov 15- Dec 1st.

·        1st Wave Registration : 

Early Bird Discount $1100 if you register before Dec 31st 2025 and PAY THE FULL AMOUNT. We do not accept deposits for Early Bird Discounts.

Please send the full amount of $1100 so you can save and take advantage of the discounts.

·        2nd Wave Registration: 

Discount Delight $1200 if you register between January 1st-February 1st 2026. 

NO Deposit accepted. Please pay the full amount to take advantage of the discounts.

 

·        3rd Wave Registration: 

Joyful Jamboree $1350 if you register after February 1st.

Deposit of $500 is accepted till April 30th. The balance due by June 1st.

If you register after June 1st, please send in the full amount via PAYPAL or Checks, Money Order, Cashiers’ Check.

Please pay the balance due till June 1st. $100 LATE FEE might apply.

If you register after June 1st, please pay the full amount.

 

 

 

II. Full-time Registration for CHILDREN:

  • Children 6-12 years old: 

$800 total; no deposits,  please send in the full amount. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult. We may have someone who will take care of the children during the class periods. However we do not take responsibilities for them even though we may provide help while parents are taking classes. Our staff do not provide services like feeding them, changing their diapers, etc. Parents must take care of them during breakfast, lunch and dinner periods and after dinner.  Please contact Gamze for details. In terms of camp fees anyone who is over 12 years old is considered as an adult.

  • Children 2-6 years old

$600 No deposit but full amount due. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult. We may have someone who can take care of the children during the class periods. However we do not take responsibilities for them even though we may provide help while parents are taking classes. Our staff do not provide services like feeding than, changing their diapers, etc. Parents must take care of them during breakfast, lunch and dinner periods and after dinner.   • Children under 2 years old come for free. We do not have staff to take care of children under 2 years old. Parents are responsible for taking care of them.

We offer games, activities and small casual classes for children age between 2-12 years old. Please ask Gamze for more information.

 

III. Part-time Registrations:

  • Part-time registration for ADULTS is possible on a pro-rated $350 per day basis from 8am to next day 8am. If you arrive late, you still need to pay full day amount requested just like any other hotel. Except, you can eat free and join classes and all the parties for free. If you stay later than 8am next day, you need to pay another full day amount.

  • Part-time Registration for CHILDREN: 

6-12 years old: $250 per child per day basis from 8am to next day 8am.

2-5 years old: $200 per child per day

Any child younger than 2 years old is free of charge.

 

IV. Group Discounts: 

We are offering a discount for group registration. Group leader can bring 5 or more NEW CAMPERS who have never been to camp before.

  • If you bring 5 or more new campers, you can come for FREE! Adults only! Kids do not count towards the groups. Regular fees apply for kids.

  • You can get 50% OFF from the full amount of $1350 if you bring 10 campers who did not attend the camp last year. Kids do not count towards the groups. Regular fees apply for kids.

  • Group registration price $1200 per person. NO Deposit for the groups. Please send the full amount.

  • How to register as a group?

1.        Name your group: e.i.  “XYZ Group, ABC Group etc”. You can choose any name. Group leader should let Gamze know about the name of the group and how many there is in your group. Emailing is the best  way of communication, so we can keep track. gamze@middleeastcamp.com

2.        Send your payment: Your members can send payments individually via PayPal, check, money[GG3]  order or chashier’s check. Each member SHOULD add the Group Name on their registration forms as a note: “I am a member of XYZ Group and sent my payment via ..........”

3.        Choose your cabin mate: Please make sure you write your preferred cabin mate’s name on your registration form. Cabins are for 4 people. If your group has more people, you will be assigned to neighboring cabins.

 

 

 

V. Cabins and Last Date to Register:

·        REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER RECEIVED. CABINS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDINGLY. There are no discounts if you tent. Tenting is allowed in meadow area only if you register as camper. 

·        IF THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE, REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED TILL THE LAST DAY OF CAMP.

·        PRIVATE CABINS are available if you pay the full 4 adults charge which is $4,800 for Early Birds and $5,400 for regular registration after Feb 1st. Otherwise, cabins will be shared by 4 adults (same gender) or 2 couples if you are a couple. Please contact Gamze for details, pictures and other information about cabins.

·        GENDER NEUTRAL CABINS: Please let Gamze know if you prefer to be assigned to a gender neutral cabin. No extra charge.

·        If you have any kind of disabilities, please contact Gamze or Joshkun. We will try to help you with cabins.

VI. Cancellation:

·        Cancellation has to be made in writing before May 15th. Refunds can be made until May 15th.  $500 per person cancellation fee will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

·        No refunds after this date (May 15th) under any circumstances.

VII. Late Fee:

·  A $100 late fee will be assessed for balances received in the mail bearing a June 1st or later postmark.

·  After June 15th, no personal checks will be accepted; please mail in a cashier's check, money order

 . No personal checks after June 15th. Only Money Order, Cashier’s Check or PayPal after June 15th.

IX. PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

Personal check, cashier check, money order, cashier’s check.
