Faten was born in Egypt. She is a multi-talented artist who has mastered two beautiful dance forms (Egyptian Cabaret and Spanish Flamenco) and performs them brilliantly on stage! She travels around the world as a performer and teacher. She holds a diploma from the Conservatory of Music in Cairo, She also has received a Diploma from the Royal Academy of Music in London. A classically trained concert pianist and also professionally trained Spanish Flamenco Dancer, Ms. Munger’s musicality shines through in her performances.

Faten also shared her talents with children. She worked with the Children's Museum in Indianapolis for 15 years. She also worked with Young Audiances of Indiana for 25 years. There she was honored as most popular artist of the art. Faten Munger choreographer, performer, teacher still travels the world promoting her art and spreading the joy of dance. Now she teaches at the Garfield Park Arts Center where the Academy of Middle Eastern Dance is Located.
